Highly recommend it. Paul called days before our tour to ask about our preferences and nailed it with his selections of vineyards, varietals and winemakers. All were private tastings and two of which were with the owners at their homes. Truly a custom experience. Do it.

My family went on this tour together and had so much fun! We got to meet three different small wine makers, meeting at different locations in the Santa Barbara wine growing region. The tour was personal, informative, and all of the wine we tried was unique and delicious. I think this has to be a near-perfect tour. The details of the trip were impeccable — from the comfort of the vehicle, the selection of the wineries, the lunch and snacks, the beautiful drive to the wineries, and the overall ambiance and pleasant people that we met. I will definitely do this again.

The guide for the day, Corrina, is charming, funny, extremely literate in wine and food. The wineries chosen were perfect. Each of the three offered a different aspect of wine growth and small-scale production. The scenery and scents were delicious. As a trained scent maker I was able to see the parallels between wine making and perfumery. Our hosts were able to pick up on the parallels and speak to them on the wine side. And, of course, the hosts, wines, and properties were very special.
