Since the surf lessons were out on the reef, we paid for action video and photos to get pictures of our grand child surfing. After the lesson we returned to shop to get photos and were told the photographer didn’t show. Yes they refunded our money but we did not get the memories they advertised and we expected Two days later we took the canoe ride and again had ordered photos and video. The ride and captain were great but again no photos. Again we were refunded our money because “his camera broke “. .in summary, the lesson and ride was nice but still very disappointing we don’t have the recorded memories they advertised.

Would not recommend the private surf lessons. Surf conditions were far from ideal. We spent 40 mins paddling on the water trying to find a suitable location to catch some waves. The instructor said we would stay out longer to make up for the time lost paddling, but he still brought us in 10 mins early. I emailed the business regarding the underwhelming experience, but I’m yet to hear back!
