Worst tour I ever booked with Viator. Guide was not knowledgeable and not very accommodating. He texted us prior to the tour to remind us to bring water and money for gratuity!!! You would think for the price we paid he would supply water, lol! At one of the stops we offered him a drink and he chose an alcoholic drink, totally unacceptable considering he was driving! Never again would I take this tour nor do I recommend anyone else take it! BEWARE

Don’t go on this tour if you were interested in history… He does not know the first thing about the history of San Antonio. It was a total waste of time and money… The tour guide was very unprofessional, even had an alcoholic drink on the tour and then drove us around, totally unacceptable. We asked to end the tour early because it was just so bad. He was more interested in his own ego and wanting to show us fancy malls and cars which we could care less about.

Our tour guide didn’t show up. We were left out over $800 dollars and the guide never showed up. I contacted Viator and they told me “sorry about that” I told them I wanted a refund since no one showed up. They told me if I hadn’t heard from them after 72 hours call back and complain again. I obviously haven’t heard from them. WTF!!!
