The AF Memorial was dedicated on October 14, 2006, to honor the men and women of the AF and its heritage organizations. It is located at Arlington, Virginia, adjacent to Arlington National Cemetery and the Pentagon. Since its opening, it has been a place of honor and remembrance. It offers a place for the community to learn and appreciate the rich history of the AF through displays, AF Band performances, Memorial/Veterans Day commemorations and veteran-related events.

Kim did a great job, finding us good drivers and guides. She listened to our requests and she made very good suggestions. Everything went very smoothly. My wife and I enjoyed out time in Hanoi, Nihn Bihn, Hue, Hao An and Da Nang. Kim, keep up the good work!

We were picked up on time. Told our guide we booked with Arlington and the changing of the guards our first thing to see. He took us there and told us to text when we were done. We went inside and had to pay another 60.00..and wait 1 hour before getting on a tram to see the sites. You voul not walk. There were only 3 trams running so after getting off the first stop..we waited another hour We only did 1 of three stops and did not get to see what was intended Our guide said he was not allow in the cementary So our tour ended , because he was on the clock,, with only getting a ride to arlington. The guide was pleasant but did not know and American History. Because we had children we were stuck we had to pay him 200.00 more to continue and see what we originally paid for. I have use Viator in many cities and countries..never disappointed but this was pure stealing. The guide told us he knew nothing about what we bought and had nothing to do with viator...Shame on a company that would take hundreds of dollars for a taxi ride.. I and a group are planning 4 trips to Europe and are very sorry for this terrible experience .

***NOT ACCURATE Every customer has preference regarding the sites and memorials and maintains the option of choice, as this is a private tour. Our company can only advise and assist in maximizing the guests’ experience while in our care. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EVENT THAT HAPPENED IN Arlington Cemetery. The company that runs the trolley inside Arlington Cemetery has a contract with the Park and not this Company. Hence, Service vehicles are not allowed inside the cemetery except for burials and with a special pass. Additionally, we are not responsible for the tickets purchased to ride the trolley as written under exclusions. As for the transaction that happened between the driver and the party that should not have happened, it was dishonest on the part of the driver and we apologize. The driver has since been fired because we were not aware of the transaction and neither gave approval. Our company has also reached out to the customer and refunded the $200 that was paid. Also, we have decided to give the party complimentary tickets valid for a year starting from yesterday to be used in the near future. Respectfully.

Dexter is the best tour guide ever! He is professional and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assist you. This 4 hour tour exceeded every expectation we had, due to Dexter. When we arrived at Arlington, Dexter even walked us inside and went through security with us to actually guide us to the ticket purchase for the trolley bus and then, gave us detailed explanations of how to navigate each and every stop. We were never confused or uncertain about what to do. He is just great and we can’t say enough about this tour!
