Was looking forward to this trip as a family. Booked tour for 8:30 got outside our hotel at 8:20 just to be safe 8:35 no show, rang tour operator who didn’t even ask our name or booking reference or hotel name, they said wait outside your hotel so we did. 09:00 still no show so rang again tour operator said driver was 10 minutes away not sure how they knew this as again they didn’t have my name, reference or ask hotel name. So we waited still….. 09:35 gave up and contacted viator requesting a full refund my dad is 77 it was unacceptable. Tour company contacted me at 18:00 to apologise and try to reschedule for another day I couldn’t do this as the remaining 2 days of holiday we had other things booked so they did give a full refund.

Yes, Vicky, it is our fault and I plead guilty. It was the issue of connectivity between Viator and our Peek booking system. Very sorry. Fully refunded.
