It was so nice to arrive in the city knowing we didn't have to hassle with obtaining transportation to our hotel. Very smooth.

I booked 3 separate bookings because we had a group of 23 people! ONE of the bookings was PERFECTION - driver was awesome and experience was fabulous!!! The 2nd booking 😡 the driver didn’t show up and argued with me about the time our flight arrived! The 3rd booking was for a slightly different flight arrival time. THE FLIGHT WAS COMPLETELY CANCELLED because of weather. I ask to reschedule the pick up and was told NO! I was on the phone with customer service for hours during several calls! My group of 7 was held hostage at the airport baggage claim while they “ looked into it” and waited for over 1.5 hours before we ended up in multiple taxis!!! When this works 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 When it doesn’t, 😡😡 very little recourse and it takes a LONG time

Very friendly driver who was very informative on the areas to our hotel. Helpful with bags and getting to hotel safely.
