Quick and Easy, We were met by our driver at the baggage claim area, a short walk to the SUV and a short later we were at our Hotel. Our driver Camels was professional and our SUV was clean. Highly recommend A++

I did not get what I paid for. I paid for meet and greet. This means the driver should be waiting in baggage claim to meet us. Our plane was delayed but only by about 1/2 hour. I texted the driver to tell him before we departed and he said it was not a problem. They had our flight number and could track when we would arrive. We got to baggage claim and no driver. We got our bags and still no driver. I texted the driver and he said he was almost at the airport. He told us to go outside the terminal to the other side of the taxi line and wait for him. This is where Uber picks up. Uber is a lot cheaper than the Meet & Greet that I paid for. If I wanted to wait in line with everyone else at the airport I would have called an Uber. I paid for Meet & Greet to avoid the crowds waiting for Uber but I got an Uber experience. On the bright side, the car was clean and comfortable. The driver did not speak ANY English other than to offer us water.

Excellent experience! Our driver, Leonardo, was fantastic. He called just as we were walking off the plane. By the time we claimed our bags, he was there waiting for us.
