Manuel was great! He very knowledgeable about Miami. He also took us to the best little coffee shop for some true authentic Cuban coffee. It was an amazing way to kill some time before our flights.

This truly could have been a 5 star experience had the following not occurred. We (family of 4) were scheduled for 8:30am pickup from the cruise port. The driver called at 7:49am and expressed discontent that we were already off the boat. He said he’d be there at 8:15am and can’t park and wait due to port rules. We sailed with an escort for disembarking so we rushed to grab our bags, skipped breakfast and sped through to the meeting point….and waited…and waited. In the hot garage, now hungry with no driver. When I called he said he was still ~5-6 minutes away (8:21am). Ultimately he got there at 8:29am which would have been perfect had he not moved our pickup to a time he didn’t meet. This self-inflicted delay soiled the entire experience. We gave an extra star because the driver helped my daughter with her bag at the end.
