As a newbie to Yosemite we were counting on seeing and getting photos of what was advertised on their website. Reality was less than half was available but they still advertise the whole trip and charge full price. If your traveling in 2022 set your expectations LOW. Glacier point is closed...so NO pics from Glacier point or related areas which are highly abundant on the website. And NO 4 mile hike as advertised. The tour guides are great, filled with knowledge of the area. BUT, if you're paying this premium price for what they advertise, STAY CLEAR! They will not tell you about closed areas until you're in the vehicle. Other notable complaints. You better call to confirm the time and pickup. No responses are made via email. I had to call from Yosemite to confirm a pick up time. DON'T BELIEVE the 'park entrance fees and gratuities included' advertisement. I was asked to run back to my room to fetch my pass I used the day before. And we were highly suggested at the end to add a 15% tip (=+$100). It costs pennies to update a website nowadays...there's no excuse to false advertise!

We can only show the places that are open in the park. In a natural environment anything can change at any time. On our website it clearly indicates that Glacier Point is closed at present. It is always closed in winter months except this year it is closed all year for repairs. We are sending messages to all bookings about that. Yosemite is huge place and there is a lot to do. In 1200 square miles we will not be able to show you a lot but a quick glimpse of the park. If one area is closed there is time to look at other places and or spend more time in the valley. If you have only one day it would be worthwhile to go on a tour so you can see as much as possible in one day and if you try to do that yourself it would take you 2- 3 days to do the same and lot of time will be wasted in looking for parking or for directions and not knowing what not to miss and how much time to spend where is very important. Not sure what pass you had to bring. If you are senior citizen and we have given you discount on the price we may ask you to bring Senior National Park Pass to present at the gate. I will look into that as well. Park Fees, Lunch and Small Gratuity to the guide is included but you are welcome to give your guide anything additional if you like. Guides usually get lots of gratuity if guests thought they did beyond exception job and they deserve something extra but you are not forced to pay anything more if you do not want to. Hopefully you give us another chance to visit Yosemite when Glacier Point is open again. Thank you

Our tour guide “Daniel” was fantastic! He had in-depth knowledge of Yosemite and it’s history. We were never rushed while seeing the sights. He interacted very very well with our granddaughters and kept them engaged and interested. Definitely a “five star” experience.

Had an awesome day exploring Yosemite with our excellent guide Laura! We saw all we wanted to and so much more! Laura gave us so much information and took us to great spots for photos as well as taking lots of snaps of the 3 of us too! Given we only had 2 days this was a great day to see it all and boy did we! Compared to the second day where we toured ourselves and hardly got to anything this was a great decision to tour with Crossroads and Laura! The comms before hand is a little patchy, trying to get email responses to questions was a challenge but that’s no mark on the tour itself, I’d just say call rather than email if you have questions and recommend the office team are a little more proactive with their checking of the inbox maybe! Once again, Laura and the tour were absolutely brilliant! So glad we did it! 🙌🏻
