What you see in Real Pirates is an authentic true story of the riches pirate ever Sam Bellamy. You will see real pirate artifacts and treasure. You will also see parts of the real shipwreck of the Whydah, his famed pirate ship. You will get a small group tour of the museum with one of our directors or docents.

We did the directors tour and it was great. We were able to go at our speed. Our tour guide explained everything in great detail and it was a very welcoming experience.

Interesting tales of the pirate history in the area. Good display of the artifacts and story behind the sinking of the Whydah.
