Friendly staff, Katya and Aka, helped to choose good bikes, advised nice places to visit. A lot of beautiful roads for bikes.

My wife and I rode a tandem bike all around Central Park in about 55 minutes. We were rushing but we enjoyed the ride and we were able to return the bike on time. Wanda, the person in charge of the store when we rented the bicycle, was very nice. Helmets were provided.

Aka and Katya were very kind and helpful with our impromptu bike ride in Central Park, definitely recommend since the park is way too big to walk around for a day!
