This experience was a great success! Booked the private flight for my son and his girlfriend as he used this as a proposal. I was able to chat with Lori and she set everything up and made this a magical experience for them. Tommy their pilot was a wonderful guide. Jay the photographer did an amazing job capturing the proposal after they landed. Very impressed with the ease and comfort of booking this for them. A very memorable experience for them and would highly suggest this as one of the must things to do while visiting the area.

We were so disappointed as our flight got canceled due to bad weather. This I understand is not under their control. However we weren’t given accountable answers for the refunds and were told that we have canceled in our system and TripAdvisor should return you the money and that they aren’t accountable

We do apologize for the inconvenience. However, you did book your tour through a third party. Once you have contacted the third party to request your refund we will approve it. Since your payment was through them the refund will be issued the same way
