I am sure it is hard to pull off feeding all the people on the boat but the food was sub par, the rocking of the boat more than we anticipated, and breathing in the fumes of diesel on occasion made us want to jump and swim to shore. I wouldn't spend my money there again.
Sunset Cruise was great. Right in the heart of Lahaina so no additional transport was required. Check in was very easy and the crew were alot of fun.
This was the perfect conclusion to our Hawaiian vacation. Food was hot, very tasty and portion size filling. Mai Tai's were so, so (not our favorite drink). If you want to 'see' the shoreline, ask to be seated on the starboard side (best for pictures) at time of booking. Entertainment was good (one-man band), easy-listening music. Even though they advertise having one of the largest dance floors ... remember,,, it is very hard to dance on the deck of this size vessel. I found the best place to take pictures of the sunset was on the lower deck (since we were seated on the port side). Make sure you have your camara secured somehow (they can quickly end up in the ocean of not tethered to a wrist or neck.). Basically, you get on, sit at your table (which is bolted to the floor along with the chairs), eat, and get off. Nothing fancy, but enjoyable and relaxing. Staff was pleasnt and attentive. Be prepared to provide an additonal 20% tim at time of departure. We did not care for that as the booking fee seemed high enough to cover the tip as well.
