The river was awesome! Nice rafting in the morning with a great lunch and some horseshoes. Class IV in the afternoon. The best rafting ever. If you are trying to decide who to use then I recommend this team of very experienced guides and kayaks. The wet suits are awesome addition. They are FREE by the way. You will never forget this trip. I know my family will be talking about this day for ever!!!!

Wow...What an experience. I didn't see an option for the full day gorge trip, but that is what we did with Jory as our guide. We started off with Three Rocks before we got to the place the others put in for Bighorn Sheep Canyon. I got thrown off there to start the trip. Devin was there quickly in the kayak to save me. After we got through Bighorn Sheep Canyon, the guides and kayaker cooked us an awesome fajita lunch. Then we got started again on the warm-up rapids of 2's and 3's. Before we got started on the big features they made sure all the boats were close together. This is so there are more chances to be rescued. As soon as we got to the first big feature, Sunshine Falls, we learned why it's called that. We flipped the raft and were searching for sunshine throughout the falls. After we all got rescued, we pulled off to the side to catch our breath. Thankfully, they calmed me down and got me back in the raft to finish it out even though I was terrified. The guides, kayakers and everyone involved in the experience were awesome. Fell out of the raft and later flipped but didn't die. 5 out of 5 stars. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Great company.

I have gone rafting at many locations, but Royal Gorge was by far the best one yet! The entire staff was so helpful and accommodating, even when I changed our group reservations multiple times. Check-in was efficient, the gear was some of the best I've used, and our guide Tyler was skilled, funny, and might I add, easy on the eyes. I will definitely book with Royal Gorge and Tyler the next time we are in Colorado!
