  • Travelers should have a high level of physical fitness
  • Dress for the weather. We recommend swim suits, shorts or synthetic clothing. Avoid cotton.
  • Secure footwear such as sport sandals are ideal. Although we provide river gear free of charge.

Our group of seven guys, in Colorado for a bachelor party, spent a full day of rafting with Royal Gorge. It was an awesome experience - the company was very organized and we hit the river right on time. Our guide Brian was great - he was extremely friendly, very skilled and knowledgeable, and was very patient with us (most of our group hadn't rafted before). He kept us safe and made sure we had a blast. The Arkansas was running high and we had a challenging ride- but it was great fun. Would highly recommend.

Blake O was a great tour guide! He was very enthusiastic throughout our trip and was very knowledgeable about the river. We all had a great time and stayed safe with Blake.

We had an incredible afternoon on the Arkansas with our guide Brian! He was an awesome guide with a cool vibe and great directions! We had great conversation between rapids and the rapids were an adrenaline rush! Royal Gorge Rafting is a must and ask for Brian!
