It was only memorable because it was quite cold! The fan area is lovely! Hayden, the guide has little knowledge of Richmond history, virtually no comments or facts to share. No history on the fan district, Shockoe Bottom, slave trade, civil war or Poe. Thank goodness I did some internet research on Richmond history prior to the tuk tuk tour. My group of 3 was really disappointed in the Richmond tour.

You too the Richmond City tour - that provides highlights of the city. Sounds like you may have been more interested in one of the more historic tours. We also do a Civil War, Slavery, and Emancipation tour, and an Edgar Allan Poe tour.

We loved our tour and would highly recommend it! Chris, our tour guide was awesome! I would recommend that they would provide us with a simple map of where the attractions were in the city. I will do it again when I have out of town guests!

Our guide was great. This was such an excellent way to explore the city of Richmond. We learned a lot about the history of the city and the culture of its current residents.
