This rating is not for the ferry itself - this is strictly for the Viator vendor who sold the tickets. Would recommend people book directly with Boston City Cruises. Boston City Cruises is extremely helpful, Viator is not.

whoever did the commentary was excellent, i really enjoyed hearing the history of the harbor and neighboring villages.

Fun day trip to Salem. Enjoyed the ferry experience. The guy who gave us some history on the trip was very good.
