Terrific. Mike was superb. It was perfect weather - clear and mild. Learning about the native vegetation, the history of the fault, and getting up close to the rock formations was great. Highly recommend trip.

My husband and I took this jeep tour with Phil as our guide. We so enjoyed his knowledge and humor. We were disappointed to hear that Phil would be away for the rest of our vacation as we would have booked another tour to have him as our guide. As for appropriate clothing, we wore jeans and athletic shoes and brought jackets that were never needed. We did an easy short climb for some great photos. Surprisingly there were clean nice portapotties available in the middle of the desert. We learned so much from Phil about the region, the plants, the history, and geology. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone regardless of age.

We met our Red Jeep tour at Coco's off Varner Road and Washington street in Palm Desert. John DiViggiano was our most excellent tour guide. We learned so much history about the area, the Indians who lived here for over 3000 years and how they survived. We walked thru a desert palm tree oasis and a beautiful slot canyon. It was fascinating, educational and fun. John made our tour extra special and we would highly recommend him as a tour guide and the Red Jeep tours. What a fabulous 3 hours! We will do this again for sure.
