This is likely going to be the longest review I’ve ever written that isn’t glowing.... We purchased tickets online and went to meet the bus at the Alamo... things quickly got weird from there. I found a guide from the company, and I explained we had online purchases, and I was told to “go home, we don’t need you” then the halfhearted “just kidding” and a motion to go to the office nearby to redeem the online vouchers for tickets that would be valid for the bus. We found the office, then waited an additional 10 minutes for the only person who could run the system to come back and sort our voucher out. She did, and was great, but things took another turn from there. We boarded the bus and the driver who I think was trying to be funny, deliberately “bumped” the bus in front of us. Blew it off laughing and saying something about it being his son... not cool. Next up he proceeded to tell us the rules of the bus and the importance of remaining seated. Our bus had a half roof for shade on the top. Standing if you were over 4’10” wasn’t an option, but to demonstrate his point during the patter about the rules, he slammed on the brakes causing the lovely elderly women in front on of us to nearly hit the seats in front of them full on with their faces. Again, not cool. This general disregard for the comfort of passengers, coupled with additional annoyance of his asking for $10 tips every 90 seconds, caused us to get off at the first stop. Really, we were that annoyed. We wandered the Pearl District, and had a lovely lunch, then decided to walk the River Walk for a bit and meet up with the bus at the next stop. Nice and easy walk to the Art Museum, and then we waited.... and waited. The buses are supposed to be every 20 minutes. We looked at the schedule, estimated, and waited. We wound up waiting almost an hour (54 minutes). The bus arrived, the driver was apologetic, and let us know they had a break down. We made another stop, and another walk, the next bus put us back with the original driver. I could go on with more boring detail, but know it was more of “$10 tips” and generally being more annoying than informative of the city. I’ll be reading more reviews before booking on another city.

Great tour of San Antonio...……….Saw or the highlights of the city. Our guides were very informative and quite funny. Highlights were the River Walk Cruise and the Buckhorn Saloon Bar. High recommend doing this tour

The ride might be nice but the stops are not marked so if you didn't get off there you dont know where to get on and the map is no help.
