Drive one of our Land Cruisers vehicles on an off road trail in the Otay Wilderness area that borders Mexico and take in the views of San Diego and Tijuana from a unique perspective.

We have three different trail options, ranging from beginner, intermediate to advanced, which are sure to give you the best outdoor experience while visiting San Diego.

We offer a four-wheeling experience like no other in San Diego. We are popular with experienced off-roaders and first-timers alike! Bring your rookie husbands, nervous wives, grandpas and girlfriends on a high-adventure, safe ride in a private vehicle with just your party.

While under the instruction of our experienced guides, you will join us on some of the best trails in San Diego and beyond. We will navigate high, steep climbs and heart-pounding descents, while taking in some of the most beautiful country around, all with the feeling of confidence and safety.

Otay Mountain Wilderness Area

From this rolling, rumpled peak encompassed in federal wilderness, you will enjoy some of the best bi-national views peering as far as 115 miles north into the United States and nearly as far into Mexico. Few places in the U.S. can you attain such a complete view of Tijuana.

Jeremy really knows the trails and vehicles! He’s incredibly helpful and really guides you through obstacles with ease. We went all around otay wilderness and went up running creeks and steep rocky roads. The views and sights were spectacular. Made for a great day and plan to bring my family next time.

We went on the Otay Mountain 4x4 Trip. We'd definitely go again (and again) and are looking forward to more trips with Camp Dads. Our morning was a perfect mix of great trails and amazing scenery. We had an excellent vacation in San Diego, but we loved this trip best. Jeremy really knows the area and four-wheeling. It was fantastic having him as our guide - so knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I can't recommend this trip highly enough. We'll be back.

I've had the pleasure of joining Camp Dads for three 4x4 trips now,Corral Canyon(Espinosa trail, & sidewinder), Valley of the Moons, and Otay truck trails. Each time has been an amazing experience for my family and I. my kids love the nature experience, and the 4x4 fun. Beautiful scenery, breathtaking views, and great company. Highly recommend checking Camp Dads out.
