If I were to describe the dinner cruise in three words they would be embarrassing, tacky, and subpar. If you’re looking for a nice dinner keep looking. The interior of the large boat is outdated and unclean, they played really loud obnoxious music the entire time, so loud at times I couldn’t even hold a conversation with my wife. There were tables of incredibly loud, very drunk people, And family’s with literal new borns. I paid for the “premium” food package and ended up with a plate of food that left me feeling like I was at a sizzlers. I couldn’t be more disappointed with this dinner cruise. Heed my warning and save your 300-500 dollars and find something else.

We had such a great time on this dinner cruise. Upgrading to the filet mignon is worth every penny and more!! Best meal we had in San Diego and the staff was so friendly and fun.

We signed up for the 3 hr evening dinner cruise. As a first timer to SD we were excited to participate in this. We elected to upgrade our seat to a window seat. When we were seated it looked like 90 of the tables were window seats so I am not sure we would have had to pay the extra $. Our waitress Jeb was very nice and tended to our needs when asked. Our food was good. Not sure if it was worth the price. The beef rib plate is more like beef pot roast with a Champaign price. No actual rib bones in the meat. Maybe they call the beef cut different in Californa. My salmon was Excellent but nothing I hadn't had before. And then to the DJ and music. This cruise was for 3 hrs. Should have only been 2 hrs being we went at night and less to see in the dark. We listened to loud party music once we finished eating. The name of our excursion was listed as a dinner cruise, not a party dinner cruise. We read once slower quieter song and they only played 1/2 of it. SO RUDE. If they want to play loud drinking music then they should advertise the dinner as such. We were expecting a elegant dinner with subtle classic dinner music to hear while we chatted. Also, 3 hrs may be worth it in the daylight with more visibility of the harbor and water crafts. In the end, we suggest a day trip and no upgrades.
