Great package tour. Awesome trip with an awesome tourist guide & driver. Just wish we have more time to explore othe than that all is good.

We booked this tour and rode Lyft to the meet up spot at the Guild Hotel. Nobody showed up. We called the number on the reservation. Nobody answered. On the next call we were able to leave a voice message. Nobody returned our call. We’ve been waiting outside this hotel 40 minutes now. I went to ask for a refund and the auto response is I’ll forfeit 100% of my $158.00. This is a terrible way to start my vacation. Do not book this tour company-I’m now feeling like it must be a scam.

Hello Debbie, Let me clarify a few things. You booked a tour for Wednesday, 11/13, but showed up a day early on Tuesday, 11/12. When we spoke, I clearly informed you to contact TripAdvisor for your refund, and you abruptly hung up on me. I have screenshots of both your reservation and our conversation if you need proof. I’m sorry if you misunderstood the date of your tour, but please don’t make false accusations.
