Our trips depart from Mission Bay, which requires only a short 10 minute journey access to the open ocean where whales and dolphins can be seen! The search for whales and other animals begins as soon as you depart the dock and our marine biologists are on the microphone explaining exactly what to expect and what you are seeing from the get go!
Typically our trips are 2.5-3 hours in length, but time can vary based on seasons and locations of sightings.

This was our first time with them and we were very excited to see whales based on the reviews and the time of season we chose to sail. However, we saw no whales, dolphins or any large pool of fish. BUT, the crew and the experience was great. I appreciated the reduced size of people allowed on board and the constant disinfectant wiping. We were provided return passes that never expire and plan to use them again. Over-all it was a beautiful clear day and the ride out to the ocean and back was nice and calming and we enjoyed the tour guide!

My second trip with them in 3 days. Was a fabulous time and enjoyed both time slots. Saw Dolphins and Whales; loved the crew and especially Vanessa as the biologist! Kai is a fave also!!! Thanks for the “Birthday”beverage!

Great experience. Crew was super friendly. (We saw dolphins but didn’t see any whales. However, reviews can’t be based on that because if whales don’t swim in the vicinity, there’s nothing you can do about it!) Easy and organized boarding and they sanitized touch points regularly. Appreciate that! Thank you!
