Whatever you do, folks, DO NOT BUY the included lunch, as you’ll have to awkwardly sit in a wavy table with other people from the tour in the SPECIFIC CHAIR the host tells you to in a touristy-trap-kind-of-restaurant with subpar food.
If you, refuse to stay at the restaurant you will NOT receive a refund back. Why can’t this shady company give you that information?
The tour drags on forever, as the guide mispronounces the Spanish-named locations in Wine Country and rambles on and on without giving any interesting facts.
As far as the wineries we visited which were Mayo, Muscardini and Kieu Hoang are not impressive. Search your own wineries and make appointments, and skip this tour all together if you can (btw the bus itself sucks as it is run-down) .
Save your money, as they will not refund you for anything you do not consume.
Definitely a tour to remember :)!

Mickey, we are certainly dismayed that you were disappointed by the "wavy table" and seating arrangements. I'm sorry. When we spoke, you explained that you left the restaurant before being served, so I'm not sure how you were able to judge the food quality...our many guests over the years have raved about the wine-pairing lunch and service they/ve received at the Plaza Bistro. Nevertheless, we are happy to refund your lunch cost, even the whole tour, but as we explained, you must make that request to Viator who has your funds. They have the same customer satisfaction policies as we do and I'm pretty sure they will be accommodating.
