Robb, was great, he was thorough with his instructions, showed us some beautiful spots and also let us test the machines capabilities and it was fun.

My guide, Vance, was exactly what people hope to get when they sign up for a tour. The views and scenery were all excellent, of course. Anyone hoping to see the topography in southern Utah will get the exposure they're after on this tour. What made Vance stand out was his demeanor (approachable and very friendly) and local knowledge of Native American history and culture, regional ecology, and the Sand Hollow park itself. I'm an experienced four-wheeler (yeah, I'm southern) and side-by-side driver, but had never driven on sand or rock crawled before. Vance effectively taught me the necessary techniques to aggressively drive in a new environment. I rarely write reviews and few of them are positive.

Don't rent from this Business. I'm ere to Voice my displeasure with how the check-in process went for me April 17th 2022. I arrived a bit early to check the Polaris RZR Turbo S in and was accused of damaging the machine, due to there being sand on the front and minor (what appears to be cosmetic damage) abrasions or wear/tear to the front facia area in a heard to reach area/corner of the body. It is my belief that this was prior damage that was caused by another person(s) and was simply over looked. Although no Photographic evidence exists whatsoever to prove the claims, the staff charged me for a "Repair Order" anyways. The Staff there seem to be trained to be hostile even when one points out the obvious fact that there no proof to support their claims and the location this "damage" occurred is extremely hard to see without additional efforts, thus making it easy to miss in a prior inspection. Still they seem intent on finding a way to charge for a repair. I Believe this is willful dishonesty on the part of Mad Moose Rentals, and based on the other reviews here, it seems I am not the only one "Trapped" by this Scam. Fortunately they didn't get a chance to hit me for any other damages. If I have to, I will take this to small claims court to make my point.
