We had a great time. Ian was very informative and some great wines. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to have fun and learn about the wine making process.

You canceled. You left us high & dry. Can’t say anything good. We were not at all pleased. What can we say after you canceled

Hello John, We’re sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with Viator’s cancellation policy. Your booking was for our group shared tour, which requires a minimum of three participants to operate. Since your reservation was made the day before and we did not meet the required minimum, the tour was canceled promptly within 10 minutes. We sent a cancellation email and attempted to call you, but we did not receive a response until 9:30 AM on the day of the tour. To accommodate you, I personally offered a private wine tour at a discounted rate, which you declined. I also extended a discount for a future wine tour as a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, third-party booking platforms like Viator and TripAdvisor take a 25% commission, which makes it challenging to operate tours with low bookings. However, we never cancel tours booked directly with us. In our 13 years of business, we have only had to cancel five tours. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you in the future. We had a beautiful day wine tasting. Ian planned a perfect day. Lunch was fabulous as was the wine. He chose 3 very different wineries that made it interesting
