Tour guide was a no-show, with no explanation. We booked for a Saturday tour. Then, company reached out 2 days before, saying Saturday needed to be canceled, so we agreed to go Friday instead. This required rearranging our entire Friday and Saturday, but we hoped it would be worth it. Friday came, we waited 30 minutes for the tour guide, but they never showed. So, we called the company multiple times asking if tour was still happening, and an operator said we'd be called back soon, but nobody called us back with any useful information. Finally received an apology message hourrrrrs later, but with no explanation as to why this happened. Also, upon agreeing to switch to Friday, I asked to be sent a reconfirmation, but that request was also ignored..... Company said in its apology, "This isnt how we operate," but clearly it is exactly how they operate. Very disappointed, since our time in Santa Fe was limited. Buyer beware, and have a backup plan, since company's communication and follow-through appear unreliable at best.
