All stories are exaggerated and very theatrical. Grains of truth through all of the stories, I would rather here the most accurate story than a Hollywood esk version. Leroy was great and fun, good dude. If you want true stories and no bull**** added don't do the tour, plenty others are more accurate. At least we didn't go on the stupid ghost tour in a hearse. They look and sound awful... boo hag story was awful and so not authentic

Nikki was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the city and of the haunted buildings we stopped at. She even took time after to give us more details as well as some of her experiences and sightings. Would definitely recommend this tour

Our guide was very enthusiastic and seemed to enjoy storytelling. He was sometimes a little difficult to understand, but told many interesting stories.
