My mom and I had purchased the day trolley tickets and enjoyed it so we decided to do the Ghosts and Graveyards tour. We bought our tickets in City Market and were told to meet at their other building on MLK Blvd. Well we arrived there at around 7:10pm for our 7:40pm tour. We were the only ones waiting there, no employees and no trolley. Waited until 7:30pm before calling their information number and we were told that the trolley would be boarding at their normal location on River St. At this point, another family had joined us and were in the position as us with no idea what to do. So, we had decided to walk all the way down to River St so we could speak to someone who knew what was going on. We were greeted by a nice lady who helped us and explained that the MLK location was only for the weekend and not for our tour. Then she called over the supervisor, who said nothing to us and just called for the trolley tour that has already started to stop and wait for us. The tour guide in the bus was very rude and had no greeting. At this point, we were very disappointed with how we were told the wrong location and then just thrown on an already full bus. The tour itself was okay. We had learned a lot on the daytime trolley tour and the things we were told just sounded like embellished, reiterated history on Savannah with some not so believable “ghost” stories. Most of the time we couldn’t hear the guide or even know what she talking about. Seeing inside the Andrew Low House during nighttime was cool but there were so many people crammed into the small spaces that it was hard to see everything that the tour guide was talking about at the time and see into all the bedrooms upstairs. The second stop was not even worth anything in my opinion, a very cheesy theatrical performance and nothing scary besides a jump scare. After all this, tour was not worth the money in my opinion. Not scary and not many ghost stories or haunted locations in the city.

We enjoyed the tour very much. Our guide was very animated and really got into her role which made it fun! We also learned a lot of the history of the city.
