Honestly the bus driver Junie and the tour guide Liza were amazing! The tour was pretty good too a very nice ghost tour and I really loved the stop at the Lowe house the guides there were great especially Isaac. But my experience was ruined by another family allowed on the tour. The tour guide attempted to stick to policy and not allow the aggressive family on without wearing masks as the rest of us were and as I believe is mandated by the city. But the manager decided to make a special exception for this family and no one else, a clear sign of unprofessional behavior, spineless-ness, and favoritism. This clearly made others on the tour uncomfortable but the family was allowed on without masks due to a “medical condition” from a woman who spent the 5 minutes before the tour visibly chugging an alcoholic drink she couldn’t take onboard. Don’t you love when tours let clearly intoxicated people on a moving vehicle? Then during the tour I got to learn from the intoxicated woman seated with a child behind me and my sister about her whole life story with her birth mother who was 20 and birth father who was 17 and her adoptive mother who already had a child of the same name and her cousin who got married. I would’ve really liked to have been able to hear the tour instead. I feel like the guide didn’t feel adequately supported by management who had already gone above and beyond for this family once to ignore policy so she didn’t feel that she could do anything to stop this rude behavior. I don’t think that I would take the tour again with management who would rather give in and allow intoxicated people to ruin the tour for others than to put their foot down and support their cast members. Your money would be better spent on some of the other tours available.

Hello, Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and disruption during your Ghosts and Gravestones tour. We offer a satisfaction guarantee located on the customer service page of our website. We hope you will take advantage of this offering. By way of explanation, the Savannah Mandate does make exceptions for people that have health conditions that would be adversely impacted by wearing a mask. By extension, Savannah Ghosts and Gravestones must also adhere to this exception.

After reading reviews we decided to give this one a go. It was horrible!! The staff was rude, hard to hear, bad acting, and didn’t feel creepy at all. It was a joke! Masks are required even though GA mask mandates have been lifted. Even witnesses staff talking about patrons behind their backs. Not professional! Save your money or find another tour!
