We stayed next door at Residence Marriott, thus easily found the take-off point. The land tour was poor, bus travel too fast, guide did not identify street corners, thus could not follow route on map. Dropped off at Hyatt, not shown clearly the location of elevator to lower riverboat level, had to blunder around and search for it. Riverboat tour was wonderful, first class all the way. Back on land, we phoned about 4:00 pm and were told the tour bus would be along to pick us up, but at some corner other than the place it dropped us off, map location very unclear. We were told the busses run till 6:00 pm to pick returning customers. Searched till 5:30 pm for our bus but never found it. Found several 'wrong' busses though. Got worried and called the company again and was told that everyone goes home at 5:00 pm, no bus. Luckily, a rickshaw pedaled by, and we flagged it down and got a ride back to hotel, better tour than the bus! The vague instructions for the return transportation and the contradictory phone messages were unacceptable. I would not use this tour again.
