The tour guide was extremely quiet. We could not hear him and he made no effort to speak up. Other people in the group could not hear either. We ended up leaving after a few stops because we were not getting anything out of it.

The guide should have chosen a better place to start the tour. It was impossible to hear him over the water fountain.

I was hesitant to take this tour again. I had taken this particular tour 5 times (just because I love going and hoping for something new from someone) and only 1 of those times was really good. I took a chance last night and our guide was Nick! O.m.g this man put himself into character from the get go and had me in all smiles! I knew in the first 5 min it was going to be an incredible tour. He knew everything I already new but added quite a bit also which I love and wanted! He was lively (some of the others act already dead - just no personality and makes you want to kill your self and become part of the stories) and we loved loved and loved him! Thank you, Nick for going out of your way to make us all so happy and get our money’s worth. I felt bad because I thought I had more money in purse but only had $5 - if someone could contact me to give this man more- please do! He was spectacular! Thank you!!!
