Me and my boyfriend decided to do this tonight for our anniversary. We love history and anything ghost or paranormal. This picture was taken of a tree that our guide skippy told us about and had many stories of things happening. In the picture you can see my boyfriend actually taking a selfie in front of the tree. His image he captured shows nothing behind him.. Mine did show a skull like figure behind it. (Circled in red) Thought it was pretty neat. We took several videos and photos throughout the tour and actually saw more than just this.. the graveyard he takes you too we caught some things on video. Really enjoyed the tour and the history that came with it. Our guide, Skippy Spiral was awesome. His personality and humor made the tour. Not to mention looking through our images when we got home to realize what was really there made it pretty cool too.

I'm extremely disappointed in Ghost City Tours. We were celebrating my mother's 70th birthday and my daughter's 16th. Twelve of us drove up from Orlando for only one night to have dinner and the Ghost Tour, and leaving the next day. On that evening, moments before we were headed to meet the tour group, a severe storm broke out. I was not concerned about the rain as I live in Florida and that happens every afternoon in the summer. This was different. It poured with thunder and severe lightning. Concerned for the safety of my 70 year old mother and my two small children as this is a walking tour, I called Ghost City. They said that the tour was still scheduled in spite of the storm. I was shocked with their response as our weather app advised us to seek shelter. There was no concern on their part for the customer's safety. When I asked for a refund, I was denied even though there is no policy on the website stating tickets were non-refindable. I have tried several attempts to contact corporate, including the CEO with no such luck. It is amazing the when the 12 tickets were purchase, they couldn't been more helpful but when a problem arises they ignore you. I would absolutely NOT recommend this Ghost City Tours! I have never dealt with a business that has no concern for the safety of its customers nor has no response for their lack of a refund policy.

My girlfriend and I decided to try this tour after finding out that the "Old Savannah Ghost" tour was sold out. After reading the reviews, we bought two tickets and headed downtown. Our email informed us that the tour met in Johnson Square and to be early to check in. We signed up for the 9pm tour and met our guide Jacilyn Ledford who was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the history of the city. She invited us to ask questions and gave everyone detailed background information at each stop on our tour. My girlfriend and I were very pleased and would absolutely recommend this tour to couples or families.
