If I could give our guide Jacob 10 stars I would. The 4 of us took the Dead of Night Tour in Savannah on Wednesday October 6, 2021 at 9pm. Jacob was amazing and did a terrific job when the other scheduled tour guide failed to show. He notified the tour company of the dilemma but was offered no help. He was cited because he had too many people because he had to take the whole group of about 40 people and that was definitely too many people to experience the tour that we expected and paid for. Throughout the ordeal Jacob remained professional and very informative and pleasant. He should get a major raise and those of us on the tour should get a portion of a refund. So Jacob gets a 10 star rating and the company gets a 2.

We are sorry to hear that you didn’t have a 5-star experience with us. When a scheduled guide fails to show up, it's extremely difficult to find a replacement last minute. The customer support team tries to troubleshoot to the best of their ability, however when no other guide responds it's difficult to navigate. We want to make sure our guide gets properly compensated for the inconvenience he had to endure, and we apologize entirely for the unprofessionalism our company displayed by having one of our employees not show up without notice. To make up for this, we would like to offer you free tickets to use in any of our cities, without expiration, in hopes of giving you a much better experience.

Andrew was a great tour guide! This was a tour I have been looking forward to for a very long time. His knowledge of the area and haunts was awesome! Only bad part was the very end when we had a scary homeless man try to fight our group…would highly recommend tour nonetheless!

Lots of build up that it's about deeper and darker things, but it's just more of the same at twice the price. Skip this tour and go read about the history of the places instead. You'll save yourself the $ and the fact checking against what the guides "throw in" to make it sound more macabre. It's not a total rip off, just built up as something that it's clearly not. Nothing unique about it since every stop in the tour was met by other tour groups telling almost identical tales. Find a cheaper one if you can and enjoy!
