Very well organized trip, a peaceful float with a knowledgeable guide. A wonderful way to spend a half day enjoying the beautiful countryside. Highly recommended!

We had a relaxing float along the river with our friendly, fantastic guide, Bianca. This was our first attempt at rapids so we approached the trip cautiously and settled for a float and grade 2 rapids which we found exhilarating and fun. Will definitely do it again and are confident we can tackle the grade 3 rapids next time out. Far Flung Adventures are well organised and very professional.

We are five women, all age 70, who travel together every year. We wanted an adventure on our trip to Santa Fe and Taos. One of our women found this place in a brochure at our Airbnb. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Christine who was fabulous! She was so helpful and answered all our questions immediately. We were a little concerned about the trip on the river as not all of us are great swimmers. We were put at ease by Brian, our guide, who was fantastic at relieving some of our concerns and fears. The actual trip down the Rio Grande was so beautiful accentuated by Brian's knowledge of the surrounding area. We learned a lot from him. Everything went perfectly and we had the best time! The staff is so accommodating and everyone is friendly and helpful. our experience was a class two level and it was perfect.
