After booking and paying in full, weeks in advance, we were scheduled to take this tour on Saturday at 11:30am. We scheduled our week long activities around this one tour due to their hour/day restrictions. On Friday, we were notified via text that the Saturday tour was cancelled and rescheduled for Sunday, no option given. So we rearranged our schedule to accommodate the Sunday tour, only to be notified on Saturday that the Sunday tour was also cancelled. Needless to say that pretty much blew our weekend. On Sunday, I did get a call from a nice lady stating that they would be refunding our money and she made some recommendations on places that we should see. All in all disappointing.

So sorry, about your experience. I know you booked through a third party which they will collect your money right away, even when the tour has not met the minimum guest requirements. The communication is a little tougher working with a third party company and there seems to be a delay in notifying customers, they also try to give people alternate dates not necessarily realizing the tour may not run. I recommend just booking directly with us to prevent this from happening plus we are working to prevent this from happening again. In addition, our summer months are alot slower for us and not as many tours run due to the excessive heat. If you ever decide to give us a try again make sure to reach out to me personally and I will make sure taken care of.
