When a shark came around the corner and frightened my son just a little bit, wish it was much bigger

The aquarium has an outlandish drag queen mermaid taking pictures with families with young children. This is totally inappropriate for family entertainment. When I politely confronted the manager, she said their corporate policy is to be inclusive of all, but they would not allow other sexual deviants to interact with young children. They use discernment and discretion in other areas. They need to use it in this area. I don't expect them to refuse admission to a drag queen, but they should not hire him to interact with unsuspecting families. We won't be renewing our annual passes. We have been going each month since December. We are very disappointed.

This place need to work on sensitivity training with special needs children. Things could have gotten very bad for this place due to the ticket sales agent screaming at my non-verbal son. Instead she should have spoken with the adults. Especially if one was right there.
