This is a delightful, fun, activity for very young children. I took my three-year old granddaughter yesterday and it was worth every penny. Most of the people and families we saw had children under age 9 (there were a lot of strollers). For this age group, this is a great venue, since many of the exhibits are right at their eye level. A child in a stroller could see enough to make it worthwhile even if they never leave the stroller. There are several places where kids (but not adults, due to size) can crawl in under a tank and stand up in an acrylic bubble and see fish from the inside of the tank looking out. There is also a tank where they can reach in and touch some creatures. There were not many different types of creatures, but again, the young kids do not care. This tank is well supervised. A few things to note: [1] At least when we arrived (on a Sunday afternoon) they were only admitting people who had purchased advance on line tickets. [2] Parking is free. [3] Like many similar companies, you have to walk out through a gift shop. Be prepared. [4] Most of the aquarium is dimly lit. Very little is dark enough to scare children, but a few places are. [5] It took my granddaughter about 40 minutes to do the whole thing. She would have enjoyed playing on the play structure near the end, but it had a few older kids on it, and so we did not let her do so. We also skipped the doodle area. [6] There is not a wide variety of specific creatures. (No octopus, etc.). However, there are quite a few different exhibits -- enough to keep young children interested. [7] There are a few places with benches to sit, but not enough, in my opinion. [8] The digital photo pre-purchase option involves taking a single photo against a green screen, and then having access later to a package with several backgrounds using that single image. If you don't like your photo, ask them to re-do it.

Terrible experience! They had no record of our tickets. They found tickets booked with the same last 4 digest of my credit card, on the same day I booked tics and for the exact date/time I reserved but reserved for 3 different names 🧐. The aquarium is inside a mall with no service so my receipt wouldn’t load to show them. 100 bucks wasted. I’m still trying to get my money back. Don’t go near this place. Scam.
