The one-hour cruise trip was great, but the parking experience was AWFUL!! It took us 30 minutes for a parking place, resulting in 5 minutes late for the scheduled cruise and had to get on the next schedule, moreover a violation notice for one hour expired parking. After we expected the previous 2 hours parking pay for a one-hour cruise trip would be not enough since pushed back for 1 hour, we came back to the parking place and wanted to add more time but there was no button to add except pay again, which would overlap the time not extend the time, so we canceled it after entering the stall# and license plate and thought we could pay to make it up after the cruise. Unfortunately what waiting for us was a violation notice. There was no instruction for you how to pay for the time you owed but the big fine. I paid 2 hours for $16, it was expired for 1 hour, thought to pay another 1 hour or 2 hours, but No, a straight $88 fine, $66 if pay in a week. I admit Very good cruise trip but the parking. So please plan plenty time for parking, 30 minutes was not enough for us, and pay more hours to avoid the notice since there’s no add button. Hope you have a wonderful trip!!!
