I couldn’t even use it. Such a long drive, such a perfect day for a self guided tour and I couldn’t even use it. I downloaded the tour and every time I pressed “start experience” my phone froze. I called the number they have in case we need costumer support and they couldn’t help either. We were really sad.

As we spoke on the phone, sorry about the issue. We are updating the app now and it will work well for future users, but obviously that does not help you. We are sad you did not get to experience our spooky tour. Thank you for your feedback, it helps us to improve our experience.

Not enjoyable. Hard to hear and timing off. Crowds made it hard to navigate. Also, could have been more stops since virtual.

Oh Yikes, this is why we recommend using earbuds/headphones and downloading the tour in advance. Salem gets up to 100,000 visitors each October weekend, making data speeds very slow and crowds get rowdy, especially in Salem;). Earbuds allow to hear over the crowd and downloading solves the timing issue. We invite you to try again. Thanks for your feedback! This helps us create better experiences and guidelines for tour taking.
