The driver was very nice and very prompt. Got us to the airport fast yet safe. I will be taking this shuttle again when I come back with family

The driver was on time to collect us, he was very friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely use karma shuttle on my next visit to LA.

Driver was 10 minute late. Not all passengers going go airport. Dropped off other passengers who wwre switching hotels before dropping us at airport since he claimed it was 15 minuted away and did not want to drop at airport first even though we were catching s flight and the others were not. Driver did not answer dispatch 30x and got into argument on speakerphone with his manager with us listening. Manager reprimanded him for not answering his phone 30x. Drivers attitude towards other motorists was quite vocal. Gave us a personal history lesson of his growing up and smoking cigarettes in high school - did not need to hear.

Thank you so much for the feedback. When booking "shared service" the van can stop at other locations along the way. Private van is direct with no stops. We have submitted the remainder of you complaint to our dispatch manager to discuss with the driver. We greatly appreciate your feedback.
