After being picked up from your hotel by a friendly driver, you’ll hop in a comfortable Mercedes shuttle and be whisked off to the airport.

There was a problem, On the same day, I received a text or email from you confirming a pick up time of 12:00 noon and from contractor a pick up time of 6:00 PM. I changed it to 5:00 PM directly with your contractor.

Driver was great! He was the same one as last year and he, like me, could not understand why I could not be picked up at the same location as last year. It might be SpeediShuttle`s fault but I was never given an explanation. There was a lot of confusion with customer care. Kept getting conflicting information.

Excellent and dependable service to the airport! Dennis was an exceptional driver. He arrived early, was very courteous, friendly and patient while moved items around to not exceed the 50 lb limit in my checked bag. Would use him again in a heartbeat.
