I decided never to use it again. This is my fifth time using this shuttle bus. But not once did they receive us before our arrival. The meeting place that was said to be different every time. And this time... I waited 40 minutes after arriving at the meeting point and no one came. I can't get through when I call or text. I called him several times and got through slowly, but he said he was on his way. I waited 10 minutes and he wouldn't come, so I called him again and he said he was on his way from the other side of the airport so it would take time. Then, when I thought I had come slowly, I realized that only three people could ride, even though five people had applied. It's pretty ridiculous. The next bus was not supposed to come any time soon. It's not even arranged. In Japan, there's no doubt you'll get a full refund for your apology, but in Hawaii, there's no apology... I had seen it so many times because of the word of mouth of the Speedy Shuttle, such as when the bus didn't come, so I finally experienced it firsthand, thinking that such things can happen. As of 2024, it is a fairly cheap speedy shuttle among pick-up and drop-off companies that will take you straight to the hotel instead of via hotels all over the place, but I will never use it again.
