I have been on two "adventures" with this group. In 2017, I went with my sister and we only saw a dolphin or two. We were disappointed, yet it was early in December so we knew there was a chance we wouldn't see anything. We were surprised at the end of the cruise the captain announced that we all would be getting a free ticket to try again. It was wonderful news. A fellow on the cruise was here from France and was so grateful for the ticket...he went right out again...he was leaving later that today. I thought that we really cool and professional of them to offer this. We planned another trip...for a couple of weeks later this time. Used our tickets, we called and couldn't get on till the next day. Yet they called us back and got us on that day. So happy since we would have to change plans. It didn't take long before a couple of dolphin pods were swimming with the boat. And then we saw the California Grey Whales...first ones of the season. They sent out a drone to locate, follow and photograph the whale. You can see the video on their FB page or Youtube. It was an amazing adventure. I got a few photos of the whale, including his tail. So if you want to go whale and dolphin watching... check on the migration of the whales...for a better chance of seeing them. So worth it. We will be going again. So much fun and a great crew who know their stuff about marine life.

The kids and I did the two-hour tour. The crew members were very friendly, and the boat was nice and clean. We were very fortunate to find a large group of dolphins that were not shy around the boat. Some were swimming alongside the boat, and jumping out of the water. Very cool. My kids and I loved this trip, and would do it again in a heartbeat.

We took the afternoon tour on a beautiful fall day. Even though we weren't able to see any whales, we did see a pod of dolphins! The were jumping all around us and swimming with the boat! It was worth every penny! Not only did we enjoy the dolphins but we also enjoyed a beautiful sunset on the ocean. We were very impressed when the crew picked a balloon up out of the water to protect the fish. We highly recommend Oceanside Adventures! If we come back to the area we will take the tour again!
