Energetic, patient, knowledgeable, and fabulous! Sammy is everything that you want in a thrift tour host and so much more! I was nervous to take on the city that never sleeps for my first trip for my birthday, but Sammy made it so easy for our group! Clearly passionate about the city and her craft, Sammy does not simply drag you from store to store - she makes sure to talk to you and help you find your thrift Holy grail! Be sure to bring PLENTY of suitcases to fill with your finds and comfy shoes (my biggest mistakes - I actually had to buy a whole new suitcase lol) - also be sure to cop a Thrift Babe tote bag and just have fun!

OMG 😮. This tour was exactly what I needed to help get over the anxiety of traveling solo to the Big Apple 🍎 alone for the first time ever. It was more than I anticipated yet something I will ever forget. Sammy was helpful with selecting two of my favorite coats I have in my closet. She also made sure I left with a vintage piece. The tour was very detailed and planned out down to the text to make sure I made it to the meet up location. Sammy was very genuine and down to earth as she openly shared things about her city and her journey in the fashion world. This tour was a jewel and Sammy is a humble giant. This Thrift Tour was Off The Grid but will forever stay on my mind. ❤️
