Arrived at designated time and then stood around for almost 45 minutes waiting for others to arrive. No covid precautions, no helmets so they must have good liability insurance. Group was over 20 and afterwards we were told it was the largest yet. Dangerous to ride on siesta beach dodging people, pot holes, footballs and frisbees. Should've split the group into 2 smaller groups and had 2 additional leaders. Not enjoyable going north, better going south. Bikes are extremely heavy.

To go over your concerns: . EVERY single bike is sanitized before you touch it and we remain socially distanced at all times, we do not require masks but we are outside, distanced at all times. Hand sanitizer is applied by staff and available for guests al all times. The group was at 21 (would have been less but I put more bikes together to accommodate YOUR group) people but we messaged everyone the morning of the event letting them know this and if you wish to move to a different day or show up 30 minutes early, get the tutorial and lay of the land and go out on your own, this is an option. If you mentioned this concern initially I promise you we would've either issued a full refund or moved you to another night, certainly we could've figured something out but you said nothing til now. If you had voiced your concerns initially certainly we could've rectified this. We are beyond grateful for your patronage and sorry we didn't live up to your expectations.

We had an excellent time. The guides were great, the scenery was beautiful, and the bikes were great to ride. Well worth the money. Would definitely do it again.
