We booked 4 tickets for the sunset bike tour in Siesta Key. The weather was bad and the tour was cancelled because of weather. After being told we would receive a refund multiple times, we have not received a refund and they are not responding to emails or attempts to get a refund. Beware if the weather is bad and it gets cancelled you will not get your money back.

Hello! So sorry for your experience but this is unequivocally false, you will absolutely get a refund in the event of a cancellation. We have the most lenient refund policy that the platform allows (24 hours no questions asked and when weather is the culprit, you will always receive 100% refund). This is our busiest time of the year so it may be late night after our evening tour before we are able to respond but never more than 12 hours. You can also always request a cancellation/refund thru this platform. I just double checked and we have no refund requests pending nor do I have any correspondence relating to this. Refunds can take a bit to process/ reflect on your statement. We would not risk our reputation / perfect 5 star rating over one booking, rain cancellation.. So so so fun. Derek and Jack seriously were the absolute best! If you want a fun sunset ride with lots of laughs, you NEED to book this! 10/10 experience. No complaints.
