Garret was a fabulous tour guide as he took us through the mountains and gorgeous views. He stopped often for photo ops and had a wealth of knowledge about the history. The lunch was yummy and we also stopped to watch carvers, a train history museum and even had time to stop at a moonshine place. Garret was accommodating, fun, and was a great laid back guide. He made the trip memorable.

If you are ever in Pigeon Forge and have a free day, you won’t want to miss this tour. Our tour guide was wonderful, humorous and very informative with the history, the culture, the geography, politics and folklore as well. I really can’t say enough about the day trip with him. The van that we traveled in was excellent and lithe restaurant was a fun place that was not just a name brand, but a local eatery. He stopped often for photos and views of the magnificent Appalachian Mountains as well. A great tour and lots of fun for any age!

Being the driver for our week, it was a nice break having Matt do the driving for the day of sightseeing! His knowledge of the area sure made the experience! Being around the Catskill and Adirondack Mountains all my life, the Smokies are beautiful. Dinner at the Hillbilly Restaurant was delicious and included in your ticket! They even gave out bottles of water at check in before tour began. This is a must see. Thinking young kids might get bored during the day looking at mountain range most of the day tho.
