Was not 5 star because the ship did not was to the river travel, we stay at the port , but they gave us next cruise 50%off , that was nice from the cruise company, I hope the next cruise will be great

We were so disappointed we traveled over 2 hrs to experience this dinner cruise was our first time and was celebrating our Anniversary the boat did not set sail as we were told something was wrong with the whine after 45 min. At first they offered 50 percent off on the next cruise wouldn’t be a refund after many of the other passengers complained that just isn’t right the manager corrected the mishap by having us fill out a form where we can get a free cruise next time. We went on the top deck to find out the boat last sail was the lunch cruise and broke down after that I felt they should have informed us of that before boarding because they knew then it wasn’t setting sail. Just was very disappointed I know things happen and they had no control over the break down of the boat but I think it could have been handled better we paid over 200 dollars for a dinner and we coulda went to any other restaurant and paid that it was the experience I was looking forward to and didn’t get it

The last time we took this cruise there was an engine malfunction andbit never left the dock. What are the chances of that happening twice? Well it did. We stayed tied up to the pier. Additionally there was a VERY large, boisterous party of about 80 on our deck who took over the whole space.
