Brasserie Cahaba
Nous nous arrêterons dans 3 des brasseries répertoriées. Cahaba a rapidement dépassé notre premier emplacement dans le quartier Pepper Place/Lakeview de Birmingham. Quelques années plus tard, en janvier 2016, nous avons déménagé notre projet de brassage maison de 3 barils à East Avondale et mis à niveau vers une salle de brassage de 30 barils. Cahaba est actuellement situé dans un bâtiment de 51 000 pieds carrés dans le complexe historique de Continental Gin. Notre spacieux Taproom est rapidement devenu l'un des endroits préférés de Birmingham. Avec plus de 26 robinets, notre Taproom propose des incontournables de Cahaba comme la Blonde, l'Oka Uba, la Pale Ale et la Lager, ainsi que des offres Pilot Batch et Taproom uniquement.

We will stop at 3 of the breweries listed.Cahaba quickly outgrew our first location in Birmingham’s Pepper Place/Lakeview district. A few years later, in January 2016, we moved our 3 barrel homebrew project to East Avondale and upgraded to a 30 barrel brewhouse. Cahaba is currently located in a 51,000 square foot building in the Historical Continental Gin Complex. Our spacious Taproom has quickly become one of Birmingham’s favorite spots. With over 26 taps, our Taproom has awesome Cahaba staples like Blonde, Oka Uba, Pale Ale, and Lager, while also sporting Pilot Batch and Taproom-only offerings.

Dustin and Scottie were excellent guides! They were knowledgeable about the breweries, passionate about Birmingham, and a delight to talk to and learn more about beer and the city with!

Dustin was a fantastic guide! He was extremely accommodating, extremely knowledgeable and a ton of fun! Lots of laughs and even more GREAT beer! He put us on some incredible brews! Thanks Dustin! We will def see you again in Birmingham! Worth every cent and then some!
